Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,210 per week

About the role

Pinnacle Home Health needs a PT out of the Ormond Beach office 85 rate no hit plus mileage. Coverage: Palm Coast, S. Flagler, N. Volusia, N Daytona, Palm Coast, Ormond Beach area.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in the home health setting.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized therapy programs.
• Document progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• At least one year of experience in home health or related field.
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN or proof of eligibility to take the exam.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Experience with Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

We are looking for a healthcare professional who is ready to provide exceptional patient care in this contract/travel role. Contract/travel assignments are typically 13 weeks, with potential to extend.
