About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Tallahassee, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
- Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift
- Assist patients with physical therapy treatments and exercises
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida
- At least 1 year of experience in home health or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Proficient in using medical equipment and technology
- Knowledge of home health care protocols and standards

Pay
