About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Portland, Maine.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Maine.
  • At least one year of recent relevant experience in home health or similar setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Knowledge of home health care protocols and standards.
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, reimbursements for meal & incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Additional benefits such as medical/dental/vision insurance are in addition to the weekly pay.

Schedule

8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
