About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Clearwater, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
- Assist patients with physical therapy treatments
- Document patient progress and treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida
- At least one year of recent relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Skills
- Proficient in using medical software and equipment
- Knowledgeable in home health care protocols
- Ability to adapt to different patient needs and environments
