Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Current BLS certification (if required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently while managing a daily patient schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- Home Health experience
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience working independently in a community-based setting
