Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,210 per week

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Sarasota, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting
• Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
• Assist clients in improving their physical function and mobility
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida
• At least one year of recent relevant experience in Home Health or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using medical software and equipment

Skills

• Skilled in manual therapy techniques
• Familiarity with home exercise programs
• Experience with fall prevention and injury rehabilitation
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the company.

Schedule

Shifts are typically 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
