Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,176 per week

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Kentucky.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Experience working with homebound patients preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of home health care protocols and regulations.
• Proficiency in using medical software for documentation.

Pay

Pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
