Travel EP Tech

About the Role

Assist in electrophysiology studies, cardiac ablations, device implantations, and other specialized procedures within the EP lab. Prepare patients, operate and troubleshoot lab equipment, monitor patient responses, and support cardiac mapping and interventions. Perform nursing assessments, educate patients, administer medications, and ensure patient safety during and after procedures. Maintain sterile techniques, collaborate with the care team, and adhere to safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, assist physicians, monitor cardiac responses, and respond to patient changes.
• Support procedural workflows and provide post-procedure care.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain sterile techniques.
• Other duties within scope of practice may be assigned.

Requirements

• At least one year of recent experience as an EP Lab Tech.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certifications.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to handle equipment and move about.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, PC skills, and visual acuity.
