Travel Director of Nursing, Long-Term Care - $2,926 per week

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN Director of Nursing for a 13-week assignment in Cut Bank, Montana.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all nursing operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
• Develop and implement nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure the quality and safety of patient care through ongoing assessment and evaluation.
• Manage the nursing staff, providing guidance and support to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Participate in facility committees and initiatives to contribute to the overall improvement of the healthcare environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing management experience.
• Experience in a healthcare setting with a focus on long-term care.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
