Travel Director of Nursing, Long-Term Care - $2,352 per week

About the Role

We’re seeking a travel nurse RN Director of Nursing for a 4-week assignment in Trussville, Alabama. This is a full-time travel position with 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations and clinical care in a long-term care setting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
• Manage nursing staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Alabama or a compact state.
• Experience in a Director of Nursing or similar leadership role in long-term care.
• Strong clinical and administrative skills.
• Ability to travel and adapt to new environments quickly.

Pay
