Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN Director of Nursing for a 13-week assignment in Palo Alto, California.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the nursing department to ensure patient care quality and safety
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current California RN license
• Minimum 5 years of nursing management experience
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Skills

• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards
