Travel Director of Nursing, Long-Term Care - $2,329 per week

About the Role

We’re seeking a travel nurse RN Director of Nursing for a 6-week assignment in Etowah, Tennessee. This position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts, and is classified as a travel employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting.
• Manage and lead nursing staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or ability to obtain one.
• Experience in a Director of Nursing or similar leadership role, preferably in long-term care.
• Strong clinical and management skills.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to new environments.

Exact pay package may vary based on guaranteed hours, distance traveled, and customizations available for travelers. The pay package includes an 8-hour shift and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
