Travel Director of Nursing, Long-Term Care - $2,384 per week

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN Director of Nursing for a 13-week assignment in Tiptonville, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and hospital policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
• Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff
• Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs and ensure quality care
• Participate in performance evaluations and professional development activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing management experience
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Qualifications

• Passport required for international travel
• Travel authorization from current employer
