Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a critical care setting
- Adhere to shift schedules
- Maintain current certifications and licenses
- Complete pre-employment modules
- Provide necessary health documentation
Requirements
- Minimum of 24 months of recent critical care experience, including 3 months in the last year
- 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience
- Travel experience of at least 3 months
- Valid Iowa or compact nursing license
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC
- Skills checklist and recent references required
- Must live more than 60 miles from the facility
- COVID vaccination and booster required
- No current employment at specified program
Schedule
- Overnight 12-hour shifts
- Includes every other weekend and holiday
- Maximum 14 days off
