Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in critical care settings
- Float between units as needed
- Complete required exams and pre-employment modules promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months of recent critical care experience
- North Carolina nursing license or compact license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- NIH Stroke Scale certification
- Relevant professional references, including recent charge/lead experience
- Ability to pass Relias exams
- Compliance with vaccination policies
- Must live more than 80 miles from the facility
Skills
- Ability to float across inpatient units
- Experience with trauma Level 1 settings (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with Epic system (preferred but not required)
- Travel nursing experience (preferred but not required)
Schedule
- Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Three shifts per week, 12 hours each
