Travel Coordinator

The Travel Coordinator maintains a travel-focused, coordination-owned workflow, ensuring all tasks—such as supplier coordination, documentation reconciliation, reservation management, and quality control—are traceable, with clear ownership, status, and next steps. Work is evaluated based on its usability and compliance within the Travel Group Luxembourg network.
Key standards include maintaining data accuracy, documenting process compliance, escalating issues transparently, and applying judgment in follow-ups—especially when dependencies require external confirmation rather than assumptions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain travel-focused coordination with supplier alignment, ensuring visible tracking of source, owner, status, and next actions.
- Reconcile role documentation with status tracking to keep work items traceable and up-to-date.
- Coordinate reservation systems while managing deadlines to prevent downstream rework.
- Review documentation and generate reports to surface unresolved items or repeated errors.
- Enforce document quality control and workflow management to ensure secure, traceable handoffs.
- Apply Travel Group Luxembourg workflows and travel planning standards confidently within the network’s operating context.
- Escalate issues with clear reasoning, ensuring decisions remain transparent and actionable.
- Verify sources, coordinate with suppliers, and track exceptions to confirm remote completion of tasks.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
