About the Role
Fabventure Travel is seeking a Travel Coordinator for hands-on work centered on workflow control and the day-to-day demands of Europe, Mediterranean and Caribbean cruises, all-inclusive vacations, honeymoons, family trips, and groups. The role focuses on travel coordination within Europe travel support to surface incomplete information before it becomes downstream rework.
Responsibilities
- Review the Travel Coordinator workflow to help the team document process issues that repeatedly slow execution.
- Maintain the Travel Coordinator workflow by keeping recurring work organized by owner and status.
- Track the Travel Coordinator workflow by checking incoming requests for completeness.
- Own the Travel Coordinator workflow by routing work to the correct next step.
- Coordinate the Travel Coordinator workflow by tracking unresolved exceptions through closure.
Requirements
- Use Cruise Vacation Operations and Travel Coordinator Documentation confidently in travel coordination within Europe travel support.
- Apply Process Documentation without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Document Scheduling decisions clearly enough that another teammate can follow the reasoning.
- Use sound judgment around Quality Control, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.

Position Details
Full-time, associate-level role. 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
