Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Travel Coordinator workflow by helping the team check incoming requests for completeness.
- Review the workflow by routing work to the correct next step.
- Maintain the workflow by tracking unresolved exceptions through closure.
- Track the workflow by documenting process issues that repeatedly slow execution.
- Own the workflow by keeping recurring work organized by owner and status.
Skills
- Use Group Booking Support and Status Tracking confidently within family travel operations.
- Apply Documentation without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Document Task Management decisions clearly so teammates can follow the reasoning.
- Use sound judgment around Theme Park Travel Support, especially when escalation is required.
Role Details
This is a full-time, associate-level position, 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
