Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant – Inpatient Rehab in San Leandro, California. This is a 13-week travel temporary assignment beginning 07/20/2026, with 35 guaranteed hours per week. Work 5x8 daytime shifts (8:00 AM–4:30 PM). Compensation ranges from $1,704 to $1,779 per week.

Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions under the plan of care for adults in inpatient rehab
- Assess patients, document progress, and adjust goals and treatment plans as needed
- Implement activities to improve activities of daily living, mobility, balance, and upper- and lower-extremity function
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including OT, PT, nursing, and other specialists to support patient outcomes
- Document treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge planning information in patient records
- Ensure patient safety, maintain infection control standards, and communicate effectively with patients and families
Requirements
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification
- Experience in inpatient rehab or skilled nursing facility settings is preferred
- Ability to work the 8:00 AM–4:30 PM shift and commit to a 13-week travel assignment with 35 guaranteed hours per week
- Willingness to travel to San Leandro, California for the assignment
- Strong communication skills and ability to document clearly and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
