Travel Agent

Dinamic AS Group is hiring a remote Travel Agent to support luxury travel planning, private experiences, itinerary coordination, and premium customer service across the United States.

About the role

This full-time, entry-level position focuses on accurate traveler requests, reservations, itinerary details, supplier follow-up, and service delivery. You’ll ensure details are precise while advancing workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate luxury travel planning, private experiences, itinerary coordination, traveler communication, and premium customer service.
• Review traveler names, dates, routing, booking details, confirmations, and service notes for accuracy.
• Handle routine reservation or itinerary updates and keep travelers informed of next steps.
• Coordinate with internal teammates, travel suppliers, or service partners when information or confirmation is needed.
• Maintain complete booking, itinerary, customer, and follow-up records in the company’s shared systems.
• Escalate complex fare, schedule, payment, or service issues with enough context for the next owner to act quickly.

Requirements

• Strong customer-service, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Comfort learning reservation, itinerary, CRM, spreadsheet, and email workflows.
• Careful attention to names, dates, prices, confirmations, and travel details.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage several open traveler requests without losing deadlines or documentation.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$54,500 - $63,500 per year
