About the role

Beth's Beautiful Destinations needs a Travel Agent who can ensure dependable, traveler-fit planning across leisure bookings, resorts, cruises, parks, flights, hotels, groups, weddings, and traveler support. The role focuses on travel case handling within leisure booking support, emphasizing clear ownership, evidence, and next actions to minimize downstream fixes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Travel Agent workflow by helping the team compare meaningful tradeoffs without presenting pending details as final.
• Track the workflow by coordinating supplier or booking follow-up.
• Own the workflow by documenting the reasoning behind important trip choices.
• Coordinate the workflow by clarifying traveler priorities before recommending options.
• Review the workflow by researching destinations and products against stated traveler needs.

Skills

• Use Booking Review and Problem Solving confidently in travel case handling.
• Apply Quality Control while tracking exceptions, owners, and deadlines.
• Document workflow decisions clearly for teammate follow-up.
• Exercise sound judgment in Destination Research, escalating when necessary instead of making assumptions.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
