About the role

In this position, you will manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other reservations based on client needs and budget. You will handle customer inquiries, provide recommendations on travel options, and resolve issues related to bookings, itinerary changes, and cancellations. The role involves maintaining accurate records in booking systems, monitoring travel itineraries, and proactively informing clients of schedule changes or travel advisories. You will also support sales activities by promoting suitable travel packages and services, following up on leads, and contributing to customer retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other reservations based on client needs and budget
• Handle customer inquiries, provide recommendations on travel options, and resolve issues related to bookings, itinerary changes, and cancellations
• Maintain accurate records in booking systems
• Monitor travel itineraries and proactively inform clients of schedule changes or travel advisories

Qualifications & skills

• Strong skills in reservations and travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and other travel components
• Demonstrated customer service and communication skills, with the ability to manage inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Experience coordinating car rental and ground transportation bookings as part of comprehensive itineraries
• Sales aptitude, including promoting travel services, identifying client needs, and supporting repeat business
• Proficiency with online booking platforms, CRM systems, and common office software tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client requests simultaneously
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset
• Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or a related customer-facing field is preferred
