About the role

LJ Horizon Travels is hiring a Travel Agent for a remote United States position. The role will support travelers and internal teams with planning, reservations, itinerary coordination, customer communication, and accurate travel records.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with trip planning, reservations, confirmations, and itinerary details.
• Review booking information for accuracy and communicate schedule or reservation changes.
• Maintain organized traveler, reservation, and service records.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and travel suppliers to resolve routine issues.
• Provide clear and professional support through approved remote communication channels.

Requirements

• Strong written communication and dependable remote-work habits.
• Ability to manage assigned work accurately and meet established deadlines.
• Comfort using browser-based systems, spreadsheets, email, and collaboration tools.
• High attention to detail, organization, and professional handling of information.
