Transactional and Business Attorney (6-12+ years)
About the Role
Klemchuk is seeking a Transactional and Business Attorney with 6-12+ years experience to help build the corporate team. This position will offer the right candidate the opportunity to dramatically build legal skills and potentially business development skills. This will include a high level of mentorship not only on legal skills but also client and business development.
Responsibilities
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Entity formations
- Contract review
- General business projects
- Support other practice groups in the firm — IP litigation, anti-counterfeiting and enforcement, trademarks, patents, and technology

Qualifications
- 6-12+ years of transactional and business law experience
- Must be willing to prioritize the work of the team over individual performance ("team first" position)
- Note: "Lone rangers," "screamers," "jerks," and "control freaks" will not succeed in this role
