Transactional Attorney (Corporate & Business)

This position offers excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate and business transactional attorney looking for practice development and professional growth in a boutique practice group working out of both downtown San Diego and Carlsbad offices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Advise on entity formation, business startups, corporate and business matters, and handle business transactions
• Provide active practice development support in a collegial environment
• Deliver high-quality legal work for clients ranging from large international corporations to small businesses
• Maintain a minimum of 1,850 annual billable hours

Qualifications

• Admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar
• JD and/or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
• 10+ years of experience advising on entity formation, business startups, corporate and business matters, and handling business transactions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to balance and prioritize multiple competing priorities and responsibilities; highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings
• Intellectual curiosity and enjoyment of learning something new every day
