Transactional Attorney (Corporate & Business)

This position offers excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate and business transactional attorney looking for practice development and professional growth in a boutique practice group working out of both downtown San Diego and Carlsbad offices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Advise on entity formation, business startups, corporate and business matters, and handle business transactions
- Provide active practice development support in a collegial environment
- Deliver high-quality legal work for clients ranging from large international corporations to small businesses
- Maintain a minimum of 1,850 annual billable hours
Qualifications
- Admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar
- JD and/or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
- 10+ years of experience advising on entity formation, business startups, corporate and business matters, and handling business transactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple competing priorities and responsibilities; highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings
- Intellectual curiosity and enjoyment of learning something new every day
