Transaction Origination Manager

About the role

This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and structuring potential transactions that align with the company's investment strategy. The candidate will work closely with the investment team to assess opportunities, negotiate terms, and execute deals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate market trends and identify potential investment opportunities
• Conduct due diligence on potential investments
• Negotiate terms and conditions of investment agreements
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential partners and clients
• Prepare and present investment proposals to the investment committee
• Manage the execution of investment transactions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, financial advisory, or similar roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques

Qualifications

• Passionate about early-stage investing and entrepreneurship
• Experience in sourcing and executing deals in the technology sector preferred

Pay

$145,000 – $185,000 total annual compensation (varies by employer)
