About the role
This position involves analyzing financial data to identify potential transactions that can be originated and evaluated. The analyst will work closely with senior management to assess opportunities and develop strategies for successful transactions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and market trends to identify investment opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to secure business deals
- Conduct due diligence on proposed transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on the status and potential impact of identified opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement transaction strategies and manage post-transaction activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
