Training Director - II
Responsibilities
Supervises training staff
Collaborates with leadership and SMEs to identify needs and build objectives
Conducts Army and Joint cyber training
Applies OT/IT, cellular, and networking knowledge to build realistic training scenarios
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in cyber range or computer test bed environments, minimum of 5 years supervising experience, minimum of 2 years conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training, Collaborating with leadership and SMEs to identify training needs and create effective training objectives, Working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management/implementation for training scenarios
Certification: Meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements. (IAT II - Security+ CE, CySA+, PenTest+, CCNA, CCNA Security, GSEC, SSCP, or CND)
Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI (active and current), Top Secret with SCI eligibility
