Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of cyber training programs for DoD missions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective training strategies and curricula
- Manage cyber range and computer test bed training activities
- Direct design and evaluation of Army and Joint cyber training events
- Supervise training personnel and provide mentorship
- Integrate various technologies into training scenarios
- Monitor training performance and implement improvements
- Cook up resources and logistics for training events
- Develop training documentation and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Must meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements
- 5+ years in cyber range/computer test bed environments
- 5+ years of supervisory experience
- 2+ years conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training
- Experience collaborating with leadership to identify training needs
