Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of cyber training programs for DoD missions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective training strategies and curricula
  • Manage cyber range and computer test bed training activities
  • Direct design and evaluation of Army and Joint cyber training events
  • Supervise training personnel and provide mentorship
  • Integrate various technologies into training scenarios
  • Monitor training performance and implement improvements
  • Cook up resources and logistics for training events
  • Develop training documentation and performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Must meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements
  • 5+ years in cyber range/computer test bed environments
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience
  • 2+ years conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training
  • Experience collaborating with leadership to identify training needs
