Job Summary
Support excellence through training, compliance, and continuous development. As a Training Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing and executing the training process within a plasma collection center. You’ll work closely with center leadership and regional training teams to ensure staff are properly trained, certified, and equipped to perform their roles in accordance with regulatory standards. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, passionate about learning and development, and committed to maintaining a safe and compliant environment.

Qualifications And Need-to-know
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of training experience in a customer service setting (e.g., medical office, retail, blood or plasma collection center).
- Must be certified in all operational areas or complete training and competency assessments within 90 days of hire.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work in regulated environments and adapt to changing temperatures, including cold storage areas.
