Training Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Outside Sales and Delivery
- Be actively involved in the contract training sales process to include problem solving and contract revisions as needed to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain client records in CRM.
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through closed sales.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and day-to-day oversight of Workforce Solutions adjunct instructors, including interviewing existing instructors and recommending the hire of new instructors.
- Research and advocate for new initiatives developed by the college.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Two to three years of related occupational experience required.

Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: Develop, promote, and sell Lakeshore’s business and industry services. Coordinate the needs of business with the resources, networks, and partners of the college in achieving Lakeshore's mission and customer needs. Collaborate with the Associate Dean of Economic Development to ensure proper flow of information to address time-sensitive customer requests. Provide an exceptional customer service experience to both internal and external customers throughout every interaction.
