Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of Government-sponsored training programs supporting up to 80 participants.
- Plan, organize, and execute multiple concurrent training events while ensuring schedules and milestones are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for training participants, instructors, Government representatives, and support personnel.
- Ensure training events are executed professionally, efficiently, and in accordance with Government requirements.
- Coordinate classrooms, conference rooms, and training facilities to support scheduled events.
- Ensure facilities are properly configured with seating, audiovisual equipment, internet connectivity, and required resources.
- Coordinate room layouts, access requirements, and facility readiness.
- Troubleshoot facility and audiovisual issues to minimize disruptions.
- Develop and maintain detailed training schedules.
- Cookordinate Subject Matter Expert (SME) availability and classroom assignments.
- Arrange instructor travel, lodging, and logistical support as required.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts while maintaining uninterrupted training operations.
- Communicate schedule updates to instructors, participants, and Government personnel.
- Cooordinatethe preparation, organization, distribution, and inventory of training materials.
- Maintain current versions of presentations, student guides, handouts, and electronic course materials.
- Ensure training documentation reflects the latest approved curriculum.
- Cooordinatethe updates with instructional designers and SMEs.
- Provide on-site administrative and operational support throughout each training session.
- Coordinate participant check-in and attendance.
- Serve as the liaison between Government representatives, instructors, students, and facility personnel.
- Respond to and resolve logistical issues as they arise.
- Track training schedules, attendance, course evaluations, and completion records.
- Monitor budgets associated with training facilities, audiovisual equipment, and related expenses.
- Prepare post-training reports identifying accomplishments, lessons learned, participant feedback, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain organized records in accordance with Government and company requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Education, Training & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience coordinating Government, military, or corporate training programs.
- Experience supporting multi-week training events involving multiple instructors and participants.
- Experience coordinating schedules, facilities, logistics, and instructional resources.
- Experience working with Government personnel and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
