Training Coordinator
About the role
Trelleborg Medical Solutions is seeking a Training Coordinator to join their team in Delano, MN. The Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and delivering New Employee Orientation (NEO), leading site training programs, and providing administrative support across NEO, Leadership Employee Engagement Days, and other training programs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with existing subject matter experts on current and new processes in order to contribute to the design and maintenance of current and effective training programs.
- Cook up with external training sources to implement programs.
- Develop internal trainings on various topics to be implemented with various audiences.
- Manage training room supplies, lunches, and other onboarding/training preparation.
- Work with functional managers to assure that NEO and training programs are effective, efficient, and meet internal, ISO, regulatory, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal experts to ensure consistent training outcomes.
- Use a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training program.
- Aid audits of the Training System, leading efforts to resolve any noncompliance issues.
- Use metrics and reports to help drive training performance and compliance.
- Maintain Training room and training material cleanliness.
- Design effective training materials using a variety of media.
- Coach and mentor staff on Training or Quality System Components.
- Various additional training projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of progressive training experience.
- Two (2) years of experience with design, delivery, and execution of training programs.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver training programs utilizing skills in instructional design, program design and development, and training technologies.
- Strong history of executing the vision of senior management.
- Video and e-learning editing skills.
- Familiarity with multi-site eQMS document control and training systems.
- Experience in manufacturing environment.
- Clean room experience.
