Training Coordinator
What's the Job?
Manage day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System (LMS), including user accounts, permissions, and roles.
Ensure accurate assignment of courses, curricula, and certifications to support compliance and development goals.
Support content lifecycle management, including uploads, version control, and retirement of learning materials.
Generate reports on learning activity, compliance, and completion rates to inform decision-making.
Act as the primary point of contact for LMS users and stakeholders, resolving support queries efficiently.
What's Needed?
- 2-5+ years of experience administering an LMS or similar digital learning system.
- Experience in Learning & Development, HR systems, or digital learning environments.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in HR, IT, or Education.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical audiences.
