Training Coordinator
About the role
Performance Contracting Inc. is seeking a Training Coordinator to support training processes at PCI Dallas 114 operations in Midlothian, TX.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training and verify employee retention
- Respond to inquiries and support requests on all training and certification needs
- Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress
- Create training schedules, track, and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the Customer as requested
- Aid Customer and PCI in the development of Training and Testing Criteria as required
- Market company training opportunities and provide information on benefits to encourage job retention
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience working in the construction industry
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Expertise in Drywall Finishing and Drywall Finishing Tools

Pay
$72,400 - $97,000 annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program.
