Trainee Educator

What We Require

• Must be 16 years of age (minimum).
• A commitment to undertaking the practical and theoretical components of the traineeship program whilst working full-time.
• Strive to become the best versions of themselves and have a willingness to learn.
• Obtain a Working With Children Check (we can help you with this).
• Be a permanent resident in Australia.
• A desire to educate children.
• Be self-motivated, honest, reliable and a team player.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.

What You Will Learn

You will be supported with signing up to and achieving your qualification via a Traineeship in Early Childhood Education and Care and will learn via on-the-job training.

Qualifications & Experience

You must be available to work full time (38 hours per week), on a changing roster between 6:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Pay & Schedule

This is an entry level role that will open the doors towards a fulfilling career, and is ideally suited to school leaver aged candidates.

Schedule

Work full time (38 hours per week), on a changing roster between 6:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
