Alpine Intel is seeking a Trade Recruiter to join the growing team in Charlotte, NC. The Technician Recruiting department builds the network of skilled technicians to complete damage assessments across the United States. This position plays an essential role in ensuring the operation has a skilled and reliable network of technicians to represent the HVACi and StrikeCheck brands. The Trade Recruiter will own recruiting and sourcing strategies to proactively and aggressively grow the technician network nationwide, creatively sourcing candidates while maintaining operational focus.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for recruiting the technical network for HVACi and StrikeCheck
• Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals including 50+ calls per day and converting 25+ candidates per month
• Creatively source candidates by reviewing operational history to determine future needs, researching and engaging in specific trade industries, contacting the existing network for referral generation, and pipelining efforts
• Process and verify 1099 resources and credentials to maintain resource databases/map
• Convert prospects to candidates by building and maintaining relationships and moving them through the onboarding process
• Continuously develop and uphold processes and procedures related to the onboarding process
• Develop technical expertise regarding licensing requirements for technicians based on profession and location
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years of operations, sales, call center experience or similar experience
• Goal oriented with demonstrated ability to convert leads into candidates and candidates into placements
• Resilient and motivated by rejection – hearing “no” 50 times before hearing one “yes” excites and drives improvement
• Consistent attendance and punctuality; ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent; arrive at meetings and appointments on time
• Ready to absorb information, learn, and execute in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; continuously perfecting pitch
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and unwavering team-player mentality
