Essential Responsibilities
- Attend sales meetings, sales trainings, and industry networking events as requested.
- Ride along with Trade Sales Consultants and become familiar with the sales process.
- Learn the Pella product portfolio and demonstrate to customers.
- Absorb and assist in essential functions to drive additional revenue including quoting, submitting service tickets, pipeline management, etc.
- Accurately maintain company systems including CRM, PQM, Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, and all office equipment.
- Follow all processes related to Trade Sales.
- Shadow Trade Sales support teams to learn ordering and service process.
- Pull service status on active service events as requested.
- Become proficient with field measurement, and installation techniques.
- Completes assigned training within given timelines.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
