Responsibilities
- Maintain tour-focused coordination with supplier coordination, ensuring visible tracking of source, owner, status, and next action within leisure travel planning, reservations, itineraries, cruises, all-inclusive, and traveler service.
- Reconcile sight-sea travel role documentation with status tracking for tour-focused coordination, leaving a clear audit trail of source, owner, status, and next action.
- Coordinate reservation systems with deadline management, ensuring tour-focused coordination is traceable and actionable.
- Review documentation and generate reporting to maintain visibility of tour-focused coordination progress and issues.
- Perform document quality control and workflow management to ensure accuracy and compliance in tour-focused coordination.

Position Details
This is a full-time, associate-level role, 100% remote within the United States. Remote completion of tour-focused coordination is achieved only when data accuracy, reporting, and sight-sea travel workflow context make the work secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.
