Ticket Office Assistant, Athletics
Job Description
The Wake Forest Ticket Office is seeking part-time assistants for the 2026-27 academic year. These positions will assist in the ticket office during business hours and may work at ticketed events for Wake Forest Athletics.
Essential Functions
- Provide front line customer service on a daily basis for both inbound calls and walk-up patrons at Bridger Fieldhouse ticket office
- Utilize Paciolan ticket software
- Prioritize training provided
- Take orders for tickets and answer ticket related questions
- Work events for ticketed sports (football, men’s/women’s soccer, men’s/women’s basketball, and baseball)
- Perform game day duties including ticket sales, will call, and recruit/player guest ticket distribution
Other Functions
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Microsoft Office suite
- Professional communication skills (email, phone, and in-person customer interactions)
Accountabilities
- Responsible for own work
Physical Requirements
- Minor lifting (ticket stock and ticket printers)

Part time
