About the role
We are seeking a licensed clinician to lead and provide hands-on patient care in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop therapy plans.
- Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
- Administer and monitor skilled therapy treatments.
- Support staff development, manage performance, and coordinate team activities.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP.
- Minimum three years of discipline-specific experience.
- BLS (CPR) certification required or obtained within 30 days.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Professional certifications or therapy ladder eligibility are a plus.
