About the Role
Seeking a licensed clinician to lead a therapy team while actively participating in patient care. This role involves providing evaluations, developing treatment plans, administering skilled therapy, and monitoring patient progress.
Responsibilities
- Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians
- Support staff development and performance
- Coordinate team activities, paperwork, training, and schedules
- Promote continuous quality improvement
Requirements
- Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP
- Minimum of three years of discipline-specific experience
- BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Leadership experience preferred
- Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holding specialty certification is a plus
