Therapy Team Leader

About the Role

Seeking a licensed clinician to lead a therapy team while actively participating in patient care. This role involves providing evaluations, developing treatment plans, administering skilled therapy, and monitoring patient progress.

Responsibilities

• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians
• Support staff development and performance
• Coordinate team activities, paperwork, training, and schedules
• Promote continuous quality improvement

Requirements

• Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP
• Minimum of three years of discipline-specific experience
• BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days)
• Leadership experience preferred
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holding specialty certification is a plus
