About the role
Seeking a licensed clinician to lead and provide direct patient care in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Conducting patient evaluations and developing therapy plans
- Supervising therapists, assistants, and technicians
- Administering skilled therapy and monitoring patient progress
- Supporting staff development, performance management, and team coordination
- Driving quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP
- BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum of three years of discipline-specific experience
- Leadership experience and professional certifications are preferred
