About the role
Seeking a licensed clinician to lead and provide direct patient care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop therapy plans.
- Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
- Administer and monitor skilled therapy treatments.
- Support staff development, manage performance, and coordinate team tasks, paperwork, and schedules.
- Promote continuous quality improvement.
Qualifications
- Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP.
- BLS (CPR) certification or obtained within 30 days.
- Minimum of three years of discipline-specific experience.
- Professional certification or therapy clinical ladder eligibility preferred.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
