Therapy Team Leader

Seeking a licensed clinician to lead and provide direct patient care. Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations and develop therapy plans. Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians. Administer and monitor skilled therapy treatments. Support staff development, manage performance, and coordinate team tasks, paperwork, and schedules. Promote continuous quality improvement. Qualifications Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP. BLS (CPR) certification or obtained within 30 days. Minimum of three years of discipline-specific experience. Professional certification or therapy clinical ladder eligibility preferred. Leadership experience is a plus. Key Attributes Clinical expertise combined with team leadership skills.
