About the role
Seeking licensed clinicians to lead and provide hands-on patient care in a dynamic rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Conducting patient evaluations and developing therapy plans
- Supervising therapists, assistants, and technicians
- Administering and monitoring skilled therapy treatments
- Supporting staff development and performance management
- Coordinating team tasks, documentation, training, and schedules
- Driving quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP
- BLS (CPR) certification or obtained within 30 days of hire
- Minimum three years of discipline-specific experience
Qualifications
- Therapy Clinical Ladder or professional certification (optional)
- Leadership experience preferred
