About the Role

The Therapy Team Leader supports daily therapy operations by supervising staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring effective communication across departments. This role spends 80-90% of work hours on direct patient care, including evaluating, assessing, care planning, and providing treatment within their licensed discipline.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor therapy staff to improve clinical skills and overall performance.
• Delegate tasks and manage staffing and scheduling for the therapy team.
• Ensure effective communication across departments to maintain quality patient care.
• Provide direct patient care, including evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment.
