About the role
Family Services’ Counseling Clinic is seeking a full-time licensed Therapist or Therapist-in-Training to serve clients in our Menasha Clinic location.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive assessments by collecting all information outlined in the program's Biopsychosocial Assessment Form.
- Provide and update diagnostic impressions based on information collected from the assessments.
- Develop treatment plans by establishing treatment goals with the client and obtaining client/parent's signatures on the treatment plan.
- Implement treatment by providing psychotherapy in accordance with the diagnosis and treatment plan.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or other closely related mental health discipline (required).
- Wisconsin state certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Professional Counselor In-Training (LPC-IT), or Certified Advanced Practice Social Worker (CAPSW).
- Eligibility for Medical Assistance, Medicare (if applicable), and other third-party reimbursement.
- Willingness to work some evening hours.
- Maintain eligibility to practice and active status with your licensing board through the State of Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing.
- Maintain eligibility for reimbursement from Medicaid, Medicare (if applicable), or other insurance panels.
