Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments
- Develop treatment plans
- Deliver individual psychotherapy and psychoeducation
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in team meetings
- Collaborate with community partners
- Utilize trauma-informed, evidence-based practices
- Provide individual therapy as the primary focus, with occasional group facilitation
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Practicum experience in mental health or community services
- Eligibility for or holding a Wisconsin “In Training” license (e.g., APSW, LPC-IT, MFT-IT)
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
Skills & Preferences
- Strong clinical skills
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care
- Experience with justice-involved populations
- Active mental health licensure (preferred)
