About the role

Join a community-focused outpatient mental health team as a full-time Therapist In Training. Under supervision, you will conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual psychotherapy, deliver psychoeducation, and maintain accurate documentation. This role emphasizes individual therapy, with occasional group opportunities.

Work arrangements

Flexible work arrangements include onsite and telehealth options, with a requirement for one evening appointment weekly.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field
• Practicum experience
• Eligibility for or current holding of a Wisconsin "In Training" license
