Seeking a full-time Therapist In Training to join an outpatient mental health team. Under supervision, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual psychotherapy, deliver psychoeducation, and maintain accurate documentation. The role focuses on individual therapy, with occasional group opportunities.

Work environment offers hybrid flexibility—onsite and telehealth options—with an adaptable schedule, including one evening appointment weekly.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Practicum experience
- Eligibility for or holding an "In Training" license in Wisconsin
